Abstract

In Muslim era, the major influences of the Salatines (emperors) of
Kashmir were... Ideology, the concept of oneness of Allah Almighty and
equality among the masses. These golden rules resulted in the
establishment of a sound footing for Muslim rule in Kashmir. The same
foundations helped the Muslim regime in rendering and dedicating its
services for the welfare of a layman at a vast level, regardless of any
racial, religious and sectarian discrimination. Their motto has been to
uplift the human beings through education and economic self
dependence.
