Abstract

Nowadays, the problem of economy has a fundamental position in the whole world. In view of this, contemporary scholars in the Muslim world have also made special efforts to build the modern economy on Islamic values. In particular, alternative 'Islamic methods of finance' to the usurious system were devised to create an economic system that avoided illegitimate aspects. On the subject of Islamic economics, many big names appeared in the Muslim world who presented the outline of alternative economics on a practical and applied level. Among these scholars, the names of Mufti Muhammad TaqiUsmani and Dr. Najatullah Siddiqui are prominent. He has done considerable work regarding Islamic economy. In order to cope with the economic challenges faced by the Muslim society in the modern world, these two scholars added significantly to the jurisprudence. He not only solved the detailed problems of the social level but also guided the scholars on the level of principles and rules. His work is appreciated and used all over the world.
