مفاتیح الغیب میں امام رازی کے منھج کا تنقیدی مطالعہ
Abstract
Imam Fakhr ul Din Muhammad Al Razi was one of the greatest 12th century persian Islamic scholar, polymath and theologian. He was a sunni, Ashari and Shafii as well as a philosopher and logjician. His greatest accomplishment is Mafatih al Ghayb ( Keys to the unknown); an exegesis of the Quran that is apprised by the scolars one of the best Quranic commentary that defends Islamic traditional thoughts and refutes theroies and arguments of old dissenting sects with logical rationality. Ergo, this book is vastly considered an exegesis that was mainly written on the basis of rationalism. However, irrespective of believing it, there are ample proofs to justify that this book not only deals rationally with theological challenges of that era but protect Islamic theology with traditional tools as well. its very methodology is non-traditional but, nonetheless, is perfectly essential to answer this critical present time as well as its author's crucial epoch.
