Abstract

‘AllāmaabūBakar Al-rāzī Al-jaṣṣāṣ is the translator of TafseerAḥkāmAl-Qurān.It was written in the 4^th century of Hijra.The current article presents the specific research study conducted on the method Jaṣṣāṣ of in juristic interpretations of Quranic verses regarding affairs. ‘AllāmahJaṣṣāṣ has stated all the rules of affairs and its branches in his tafsīr. The most notable feature of his approach is the interpretation of Quran by Quran and hadīth. All sources of exegises are provided in his scripture.’AllāmahJaṣṣāṣ ‘s expertsin is mainly in the juristic interpretations of Quranic verses, so he used all the sources and rules of Islamic jurisprudence such as Khāṣ o ‘ām, nāsikh o mansūkh, Qiās, Ijmā’ect. to elaborate the comprehension of verses.we find ‘AllāmahJaṣṣāṣ’s style of reasoning distinguished from other scholars of shariah and trustworthy.All this makeJaṣṣāṣ ‘s work colossal and a beacon for the future.
