Good Tidings about Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) in Hindu Sacred Scriptures- Distinctive Study of Urdu Seerah Literature

Abstract

Islam is a Din in line with nature and the Holy Quran gives direction in all means of life whether it relates to social, politics, economics, religion, culture, entertainment, foods, dresses, human health etc. The Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) presented Himself as a practical example for whole mankind. He is the final ambassador of this prophetic chain from Allah Almighty. He is the prophet (S.A.W) who was described in detail in revealed religions. The question is that either the description of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) can we find in non-revealed religion, particular Hinduism? And what is the manuscript about Prophet Muhammad in Vedas, Upunshud and Paraan? So, it should be remembered that except of Bible, The Vedas, Upunshud and Paraan had a explicit narration about Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) and some realistic Hindu scholars admit it. In this article, the description of Hinduism texts about our beloved Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) has been narrated and analysed in the light os Urdu seerat literature. The effort is made to prove, in this article, the description of these texts is for the prophet named Muhammad (S.A.W).
