Abstract

Many alternates of interest are set forth nowadays by many scholars of Islam. There is strong need to check their validity in the eye of Islam. TWDU is one of these alternates of interest. We tried our best to check its standard in Islam. We discussed four points in this article: Who set forth this Idea? What is its background? What is the idea and how does it differ from TMCL? What is its standard in the eye of Islam? After analyzing the arguments of TWDU, we found it invalid in the eye of shariah e Muhamdi.
