The Implementation of the Islamic Limitations and the effect thereof on the rate of Crimes

Abstract

In this universe the struggle between right and wrong is the lord's ordinance. To solve this matter God has revealed the constitution and law in which there is an important role of implementation of shariah hudud for the justice, peace and tranquility in the societyand protection of wealth and life of each individual.The objective of hudud implementation is not to put people in hardship instead it is to enjoining good and forbidding wrong and to ensure peace and tranquility. The shariah hudud enforcement is the blessing for humanity and the surety of the protection of human rights. The abolishment of shariah hudud on face of the earth is the declaration of war against Allah and his messanger and it is the cause of misery, anarchy, obscenity and death of humanity.
