Research Analysis of the Politics of the Present Age in Islamic Perspective

Abstract

 Islam is a complete code of life .It was practically implimented by Prophet Muhammed( Peace Be Upon Him) It  is also the  responsibility of the Islamic government to enforce and implement this code with full zeal and zest.Islamic government cannot constitute and implement any policy that is against Islamic rules and regulations.According to our faith everyone has to appearbefore  Allah and everyone is responsible and answerable for his own doings. In Islam every ruleris allowed to exercisehis  power and authority knowing  that all powers and authorities are associated with Allah.

The Islamic concept of democracy  is based on only one principle  that is the overall betterment and welfare of  a society. The Holy Prophet ( Peace Be Upon Him) constitiuted and practically enforced Islamic concept of democracy by ensuring the welfare of people regardless of demographic and cultural differences. He laiddown the base of welfare Islamic state on the basis of equality and brotherhood. After the death ofthe  Holy Prophet, ( Peace Be Upon Him), His followers and companions ensured  the welfare and betterment of the society by following  all the  aforementioned golden Islamic Principles. But at present, the democratic system of Pakistan is totally contrary to the Islamic democratic principles and rules and  regulations.

Today political systemis  based on the personal benefits of politicians and all legislation made by politicians is person specific that is  totally against the Islamic concept of democracy. Besides all this political and legislaitive system is too much complicated and  understandable for the common person. Therefore, it is complimantary that we should ensure the implemention of Islamic concept of democracy so that ovrall welfare of society may be ensured.
