Abstract

Agha Shorish Kashmiri has the significant role among the men of letters, poets and the scholars of the Sub-Continent who played and exemplary performance in order to regenerate and inspire Islamic school of thought. He highlighted Islamic thinking and philosophy by adopting a lucid and gallant style. His debates, generalism and poetry have a vital importance in illuminating the loftiness of Islam as unparalleled and unique, the anthology of his verses “Kulliyat” has done a commendable job in promoting/prevailing Quran, Hadis, Serat_e_Tayyaba, Islamic History, spirituality & philosophy, preaching of Islam and Jihad in the different seats of people. His poetic style has highlighted his matchless services that are full of remarkable bravery and fearlessness. Every verse of his poetry is replete with love of Holy Prophet (SAW), fear of Allah and teachings contenting guidance & success of Muslim Uma. The marvelous style he portrayed to prevail religious and political awareness among the circles of general public is incomparable. In this era, his poetic asset is very beneficial to promote and strengthen the Islamic thinking. The study of his verses provides guidance regarding analysis of knowledge & literature and social welfare & political training of Muslims. In this regard, the aforementioned lines have been drafted.
