Abstract

Cultural relations betweenArab&IndianNations can be traced from the early period of the birth ofHumanism, according to Islam, when forefather of mankind Hazrat Adam was descended to Earth from Paradise, He was setteled in territory ofIndia.He used to travel from India to Arabian land to perform Haj (pilgrimage) by foot as HazratIbn Abbas stated that HazratAadam travelled forty times to perform pilgrimage.. The first acquaintance of the residents of the Indian Sub-continent with the Arab peoplecame about when Arab sailors first docked at Indian ports in order to acquire spices in pre-Islamic times. This early trade contact occurred twoCenturies before Arab was attested as a distinct language in the Arabian Peninsula in the thirdcentury. We find great Hindi influence in Arabic literature.The influence shows that Arabs and Indian people were interested to share their mutual feelings, knowledge and goods. The article provides lingual & cultural, evidences regarding relationships between Hindo and Arab culture.The reader would be enable to enhance his information ,knowledge in understanding Arab and Hindoculture.It would be beneficial for the scholars of Islamic&Arabic studies as well as the students of History of Arab &Sub-continent.
