Abstract

This research paper explores the intrinsic harmony between the Holy Quran, the logical methodologies of the prophets, and the modern scientific method. It addresses the widespread contemporary misconception that empirical science is an exclusively Western innovation, demonstrating instead that its core principles—systematic observation, hypothesis formulation, and experimental verification—were originally established through prophetic inquiry and are deeply embedded within Quranic vocabulary. By analyzing specific Quranic terms and key historical narratives, such as the empirical experiences of Prophets Abraham and Ezra (Uzair), the paper illustrates how divine revelation stimulates systematic, verifiable research. Furthermore, the study highlights how various Quranic verses provide the foundational frameworks for modern scientific disciplines, including biology, astronomy, geology, and hydrology, showing that a meticulous investigation of creation naturally guides humanity toward the recognition of the Creator.
