Abstract

It is fact that the orientalists could not get any serious success in their herious aims even by inserting their best efforts, but still, they are busy constantly conspiring against Islam and the Islamic world. Especially, the orientalists are criticising "Jihad" by different ways because they think that the Muslim world is on the way to occupy the whole world through "Armed Jihad". The same has been opined by Bernard Lewis. To him, "Jihad" is only the name of an "Armed Struggle", whereas, "Crusade" has been sewing the humanity. Instead of war and bloodshed. Here the self-deceptive thoughts of Bernard Lewis have been analysed and humble scenario of the crulities of crusade forces has been presented in the same background and current age. In fact, millions of innocent common masses including women and children were killed by fatal weapons. In this regard, not only the international human rights have been violated, but also, a number of Islamic States were involved in blood-shed, hatred, murder and terrorism by force. On its contrary, no aggressive step has been taken against any religion, civilization, state on minority by any Islamic state and it is only due to Islamic teaching and values. Despite all this, it is quite irrational and strange that Jihad is being criticised and inhuman crusade passions are encouraged and appreciated. So to pen off, it can be said without any doubt that crusade armed forces are constantly busy to demolish the Islamic world even today like the past.
