(17) اقوال ِرسول ﷺ کی تشریعی حیثیت

Abstract

In this article two main points are discussed. First is that Hazrat Muhammad`s each word is law / Shariat if it is explained by him through the references of verses. It is said that each word which is expressed by Holy prophet is absolutely right because it is revelation. It should be acted upon. Some matters which are described by him on worldly affairs but it is not conformable to "Shara" so it is not necessary to follow such rules. Sometime one question arises in mind of reader that each word which has been uttered by Hazrat Muhammad is "Shariat or not" if it is shariat what is the level of this word?
According to theologians it is divided into two categories. Divine command is found in the matter of Sunnah. It is a duty of every person to follow it. If any event which get related to worldly affairs. It is depend on them whether it get accepted or rejected. This situation is permissible. It is not included in requital or sin. Although attention is good of doing any deed. It is considered reward. Sometime given instructions through Holy prophet are for specific person. However it is not Shariat for all Muslims.
