Imam Shafi was Omni potent in Ijtihad. In this way he got individual personality. His views is Ijtihad and fatwa has been divided in two parts for it the ancient Quotation and The Present Quotation. Terms are used. This research would be presented wheather in his ijtihad the changed was on account time and place or the change is on account of the clear views of the Quran and sunnah
