Abstract

Islam is the complete code of life in all spheres of life. Provision
of justice is one of the focused areas of Islamic shariah. If some one
is not able to claim his right due to some reasons, shariah allows him to
higher an advocate. Advocacy has become science. Islam lays guidelines
that fundamental objective of the advocacy is to establish justice. In
this article it has been discussed that how and in which circumstances,
shariah allows to claimant and defendant to higher advocate.
