تصور عصمت انبیاء : مصادرِ اسلام کی روشنی میں ایک تجزیاتی مطالعہ

Abstract

The belief of Ismāt-e-‘Āmbiā (infallibility of Prophets) is the belief
about the Prophets of Islam, on which the whole structure of Islam
stands and the Muslim ‘Ummah has a consensus on this issue. Which
means that all the Prophets (Peace be upon Them) are safe from
minor, major sins and from skepticism/ polytheism. (Mūfāssireen)
Interpreters of Qur'an are privileged among the Islamic scholars,
because they serve in inferring the word of ‘Āllah, ie the Qur'an, which
is the essence of Islam. However, in view of the importance of the
(Mūfāssireen) commentators as a preference over other classes, the
remarks of the commentators will be presented first in this article in
the light of the Qur'an. Later, the arguments of the Mūhāddithin and
the jurists of the ‘Ummah and the theologians will be explained. From
Adam (AS) to the last Prophet Muhammad all Prophets (peace be
upon them) are chosen and innocent in every way. Therefore, in the
Holy Qur'an words of praise have been used for the Prophets (peace
be upon them) by the ‘Āllah Almighty. The Prophets are better than
the angels and the fact is proved by the fact that the angels did not
commit any sin. So if the Prophets (peace be upon them) evidenced to
committing sins, then their superiority over the angels will be
forbidden. If sins are committed by the Prophets (peace be upon
them) then the Prophets (peace be upon them) deserve more
condemnation in this world and punishment in the Hereafter more
than the common sinners of the Ummah, which is impossible and
incorrect, so the issuance of sins from them is never possible. This

Mūfāssireen, Mūhāddithin, jurists and the theologians of Islam.
